In this video, I’ll show you how to make an inexpensive anti-aging face mask that will leave you with youthful, glowing, tightened skin.

To make this face mask, gently whisk an egg white, and apply a thin layer to your face. Allow it to dry for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water to remove the face mask.

To take this face mask to the next level, add egg yolk! Egg yolks contain vitamins A, D, E, K, B vitamins, and choline. They also add healing and regenerative benefits to the mask. Adding a teaspoon of organic plain yogurt to this face mask helps support the microbiome.

It’s also beneficial to increase egg intake. Eggs are a superfood and the highest-quality protein you can consume. If you’re going to fry your eggs, fry eggs in olive oil, butter, or coconut oil.

  3. This video introduces a DIY anti-aging face mask that costs about 20 cents (0:01). Dr. Eric Berg claims it is more effective than expensive creams for tightening skin, improving complexion, and addressing issues like dark spots, blemishes, and acne (0:04-0:20).

The mask primarily uses egg white (0:32) to tighten the skin and reduce wrinkles (1:25-1:27). For added benefits, egg yolk is recommended due to its rich content of vitamins A, D, E, K, B vitamins, and choline, which provide direct nutrition to the skin (0:55-1:16). A teaspoon of organic plain yogurt can also be added to support the skin’s microbiome (1:48-2:01).

The video suggests applying a thin layer of the whisked egg mixture to the face, letting it dry for 15-20 minutes, and then rinsing with warm water (0:40-0:45, 1:37-1:41). For optimal results, this mask should be used twice a week (1:41-1:43).

Beyond topical application, Dr. Berg also recommends increasing egg intake in your diet, as eggs are considered a superfood and a high-quality protein (2:10-2:30). He advises frying eggs in healthy fats like olive oil, butter, or coconut oil, avoiding corn or other seed oils (2:32-2:40). This dual approach, treating skin from both the outside and inside, is presented as the key to achieving youthful, healthy skin (2:42-2:45).
